Meet Dr. Smitka

 Dr. Aaron Smitka grew up in Liberty, Missouri and attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for his undergraduate and dental degrees. After graduating dental school in 2014, he received additional training in surgery and implants while working in rural northwest Missouri for 3 years. Feeling comfortable with his skill set, he returned to the metro and created Westport Family Dental. Dr. Smitka is passionate about delivering high quality dental care in a stress free environment. He hopes to help everyone achieve the smile of their dreams and make them feel like they are one of the family at Westport Family Dental. Dr. Smitka and his wife Shauna welcomed their first kid, Parker, in 2024.  In his free time he enjoys fishing, biking and playing golf.
